In conjunction with the World Environment Day 2011 and International Year of Forest, the Green and Blue Group celebrated the day in collaboration with United Nation Environment Programme (UNEP) at Putrajaya Wetland Park.
We painted a banner themed "Save our Forests, Save Biodiversity"

IMU Go Green Campaign 2011

The Green and Blue Group was invited to give a talk during the Go Green Campaign organised by IMU Go Green Club. Efforts had been done by the organiser to encourage the students not to use polystyrene to pack their lunch, instead with their own containers. We observed the response of these future professional dentists and doctors and we truly wished the seed of saving our planet earth had been instilled in their mind.
